Note: The Dade County Recorder’s Office does not do Title Searching for anyone or any reason. You are more than welcome to come search the records yourself or have someone come in. All records, indexing and images back to 1972 are now on our e-search site. If you need a copy of a specific book and page number PRIOR TO 1972, I can email them to you.
Marriage License: $51.00
- You will need your driver’s license or government issued I.D. and social security card.
- Both parties must sign in front of the Recorder.
- You must be 18 yrs. of age or older.
- If under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
